I love eating!!!
I used to have belvita breakfast bar with coffee then up and go drink then porridge or cereal n yoghurt but lately I have been having toast.
Today a crumpet and raisin toast.
I do not have fruit to eat but when I have fruit I will usually have a couple of strawberries or grapes or something.
Coconut in porridge is nice.
I had chia pudding for breakfast once at a vegan restaurant when I was vegan and it was stunning lay presented with edible flowers , fruit n chia with almond milk and dates etc
I digg this post cause we can get new breakfast ideas by reading the replies.

i eat the same breakfast every day. One egg scrambled with onion, garlic, chopped up hot dog and a slice of cheese usually with fruit. I often get into ruts when I’m dieting but sometimes really get creative and experiment usually when I’m not. Lately I’ve been more in the ruts.
Had macaroni and cheese
I usually just have Cinnamon Life cereal, one cup, with a cup of skim milk and decaf coffee for breakfast. And that lasts me until supper.
I almost always eat two eggs - poached or scrambled on an English muffin. I do walk past the pastry warmer Sometimes small cheese Danishes are in there. I eat two with milk/with ice instead of the eggs.
I’ll see how my colesterol count is when I get my blood test.
I get up before the sun so I have some cereal when I get up then a couple of hours later when the folks get up I have second breakfast usually of bacon and eggs! I enjoy my second breakfast even if I’m turning into a hobbit!
