When you wear a full RFID blocking bodysuit at all times, just in case.
When you think the whole neighborhood wants to kill you so you walk around with weapons all the time. Don’t do that anymore. I actually live in a good neighborhood.

When you weigh 135 pounds and you’re a guy because you haven’t been to the grocery store in a month. That Chinese food you ordered every now and then isn’t enough to maintain a healthy weight!
I’ve thrown out food because I thought someone was breaking in and drugging my food. I also locked my meds in a safe because I thought someone was tampering with them. Paranoia sucks royally.

i got so paranoid when my child was a baby i even took his baby food powdered milk to the factory where it was made because i thought someone was poisoning him xx they had to process the food for me while i watched and sealed the tin. in the end i had to go there instead of the chemist to buy his baby food xx

When you have to bring a gun to go to the bathroom at night.
When you can’t be in the same room as the TV.
When you can only sleep on your left side, so that the microchip behind your left ear can’t be pulled closer to your brain by gravity.
When any food you did not grow yourself is poisonous. (Although recently someone has been tampering with my garden. I found evidence.)
When you stay up all night terrified that your brother’s girlfriend is going to die, because she cooked her food in the microwave.

Is the abilify long acting injection failing on you? I think that is a common issue with depot injections they start running out a couple of days before the next dose. Maybe switching to the oral tablets will help you some?
I threw out my apple juice and drank nothing but water due to the same fears. I even got scared they were spiking the well water. Glad I haven’t had that delusion in a long time.
When you think your girlfriend is cheating on you because of a remark a guy made about you wearing flip flops on a cold night
