im religious confused vs life of pie idea
slight spiritual arrogance vs amazed at the normies
confusion about meditation insights vs full on personal psychosis

Just do it! It will lead to better flexibility and your getting a better workout than nothing so it’s a win/win. no matter what you think!
I’m looking at doing it just to maintain flexablity to continue playing cricket at soon to be 52 years old!

yeah back doing astanga and meditation finally got a solid practice
thanks rogue - agree just do it
I don’t meditate well. My mind is way too active to sit still. But yoga is so beneficial I’ve seen with others. I need to learn calm. That is a good desire at 52 years old.
And the gains are good for me. More flexibility. Better health accordingly with all my other fitness efforts.
i started enjoying it for the first time meditation i mean
Started yoga yesterday! It is going to take me quite awhile to get any flexibility.
