Im not looking for tips or anything, just wondering who else finds yoga beneficial.
I have had one ‘structured’ session and one ‘at home’ session.

I did a little Yoga once when I was in the hospital. It’s very relaxing.

I did yoga. I used to follow yoga on YouTube. I don’t know why I stopped.
I’ve done yoga a few times. I often feel better afterwards.

A few tips on things that confuse newbies:
Cake day is the anniversary date of when you joined.
The 1515 or other numbers at the end of peoples posts are because there’s a 15 character minimum to post. So people put 15s after until they get to the minimum characters to post.
To tag someone, put the @ followed by the name.

It is good for beginners I guess? I use a guide app specifically for this. But using app doesn’t help with mental focus aspect much I think.

I find yoga extremely beneficial for my degenerative osteoarthritis which is throughout my body. I’ve been practicing yoga for the past 17 years and it has almost eliminated all my pain. I can’t speak highly enough about it. @LOL
