Yoga is good for you

I didn’t take yoga seriously but i read about it and it seems to be good for depression and anxiety. Do you do yoga?

When I was little my mother used to do yoga and she taught me. But it’s been years since I’ve done it. It’s something I want to get back into because it feels so good and it’s low impact which is appealing at my current weight. I’m going to go live with my sister next month and we have plans to take up yoga as part of our new healthy life style. I can’t wait, I’m excited. You should totally get into it too. It’s awesome.

Yes I have started doing it almost every day… mainly because I have osteoarthritis and a back injury. I find yoga often gives me an endorphin rush which is awesome.

I don’t do yoga but I have taken up Pilates
I enjoy it
I find it helps with stress and tension and anxiety I attend class three days a week at present but I might just go Thursday evening in future and do practice at home
