Started doing yoga. I think it's better than lifting weight

I love yoga! If you have Amazon prime, Erica Vetra has a series of videos on there for all skill levels. I do her hour-long videos, and Mr. Star does the twenty minute one for back pain.

I’m 57 years old. I’ve been doing yoga for the last 12 years. I love it. Keeps me flexible and strong and also helps keep my endurance up. And keeps my arthritis pain at bay too. I don’t know what I would do without it. Scary to think. I do it every day for anywhere from 20- 40 minutes a day right before I go to bed. It helps relax me. I also meditate 15 minutes twice a day everyday. That also relaxes me.

I love yoga…I’ve been saying for years that I am going to get out my yoga dvd and start a routine…guess you got to really want to to do it. or I’m depressed…I’m doing good just staying out of bed.

I don’t do yoga nor weight-lifting. I just do pushups, lunges, plank, walking, etc.

nothing is better than a good old set of pushups to get the body confident
