Slept from 11:00pm to 11:00am then from 11:30am to 5:30pm. Don’t see me sleeping much tonight!
Saying that I feel great now. My doctor doesn’t like me keeping nocturnal habits but it really suits me. I think some people naturally prefer to be up at night.

I go to bed at 6:00 PM and get up anywhere between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. That’s just how my body is wired. I require but usually don’t get, large amounts of sleep in order to function well. I like the quiet overnight hours. I like being awake while the world sleeps. Well I do talk to some Aussie friends as they are up when it’s our night time. Also some Filipino friends/
I think sometimes I need an eternal sleep.
