What hours do you sleep

I sleep during the daytime and I sleep during the night. I like staying up all night because it’ soothing, peaceful, and nobody is driving around when I’m driving around. I also like staying up during the day because more people are awake like my father and friends.

I get up really early as early as 4.10 am sometimes and go to bed earl too

It varies. Some nights I’m up into the wee hours of the morning, and some nights I go to bed at a fairly decent time.

I go to bed really early. I get up really early!

Always was an early riser and I set my alarm for 5 am with nothing to do! It’s so peaceful early and I get up before everyone else! It really works for me and it’s great to have structure. I’ve done shift work in my past and that knocks you around for sure!

Keep regular is my motto!

My brain flip flops between too much sleep and not enough. Either way I’m definitely a night owl :night_with_stars: :owl:

Early to be and early to rise. I always feel most energised eary in the morning. That’s when I get my workouts done. I’m useless by midday and the afternoon is a write off.

On a good day my brain doesn’t switch on until noon. I’m useless before then

I’m in bed no later than 10:30 and I wake up between 5am and 6am.

It’s 227AM right now, and this is a typical night for me.
Can’t seem to wake up until after 4PM no matter how early I go to bed the night before.
Mornings were never my friend.

I always go to bed around 1230 am. I wake around 430 am. I take my morning meds around then, which includes an AP. Then, I go back to bed around 8 am. And I sleep until around 12 noon. Then, I’m up for the day.

I’m up late at night watching adult swim.

I usually wake up at noon.

I’ve never been a morning person and I like to stay up late watching TV. The people I live with are usually up until midnight anyway.

I got to bed at 930 but I prefer to go to bed at 8 but my wife won’t let me. Either way I sleep until 730 or 8 am.

If I don’t get 10 to 12 hours of sleep I get symptoms.

I’m usually asleep by 11:30 pm and up at 8 for work, very painfully. I never want to get up.

10-11 sleep. Five am fall back asleep
Awake at 7am.

I usually sleep 9-10 then again 3-5 then a few minutes here and there until about 6:30.

I go to sleep by 12am and wake up by 10:30am or a little later sometimes :slightly_smiling_face:

I usually get home from work around 12:15 or 12:20 AM. Then sometimes I’ll watch shows or anime till about 2AM and wake up between 12 or 2 PM. I’m trying to cut down on the sleeping but I feel at peace when I go into deep sleep. I usually start work late anyway so I usually sleep for as long as I want.

With my meds I go to sleep at 1 am and wake up around 11 am. That’s by choice. I could probably go to sleep earlier if I wanted but I like to stay up at night so I can have free time, if I drugged myself to go to sleep at 10 pm my life would be all work and school and no play which makes anna a dull girl :wink:

Naturally I really cannot fall asleep too much before 4 am, it takes weeks of sleep training to get myself to go to sleep by 2 am. Trying to go to sleep earlier means hours of tossing & turning insomnia. Circadian rhythm disorders are a strange thing…and not very fun when we live in a diurnal society :confused: And as for when I wake up off meds that’s very variable. Anywhere from 1-3 pm. And honestly I could sleep in later. My brain never seems to want to be awake. It just gets worse as the years go on it seems.
