I got my butt kicked lol training was hard but i wouldnt have it any other way. Cant wait for tommorow bright and early.

I need more physical exercise too. Two dance classes a week and the occasional swimming pool is nice but far from enough. I’m strapped to a goddam chair, looking at a stupid PC screen, for half a day every day which is a recipe for eye problems, heart problems, hemorrhoids etc.
