Just finish my leg workout today, it was hard. Have a good monday i hope

Im tired, work hard in the gym today, im impress with myself i push 300lbs in leg calves raises machine, i feeling strong than ever. Hope this goes on until i take a week break in about 2 weeks want to finish strong. Hows your mondays going, i realy dont like mondays for some reason, its always the dead day of the week but it is what it is. peace out guys have hopefully have good monday.

i don’t like sundays cause that is the day i need to have a bath… once i’m in it it’s ok but it’s so hard to build up the energy to do it. But when i have done it i always am glad about it.

its hard though, staying motivated to workout its tough work. Its like i having to push huge rock over a hill. but its over hills gravity does all the work then its easy work. Its getting the rock over hill is the hard part, in otherwords getting started yes.

yea i can imagine it’s hard… sometimes i want to do more pushups again and then i can motivate myself for it a bit and then it becomes harder and harder. When i was in the army i worked out really well but now i just can’t bring up the motivation anymore =(

I know i understand, its hard to get motivated but you get yourself into it, it gets easier. I realize getting into shape and losing weight is not going to be a walk in park, i battle through hell. lol omg jesus what did i get myself into.
