i have those issues on riserpdal consta and clozapine… but i try to fight it every day.

It’s hard because I have a family and I really need to work to take care of them. But I have no motivation.

Sorry to hear that. I don’t know how to help it improve… you just have to try to fight the feeling and have good routines. Routines help me do the things even if i don’t feel much motivation.

My motivation is also terrible.
I try now to do work that’s creative and hard labour, as it keeps me occupied.
Still, I have to wake up extra early before work to pull myself together. Mainly coffee and tobacco gets me jump started in the mornings.

Been on Xeplion (paliperadone) (invega) for 2 years now.
Yeah you will feel flat on it. CPN said plenty of protein like chicken to boost your dopamine!
It will get less as you build a tolerance to it. Its a fcker of a drug - cos for me it creeps up slowly on you without warning lol.
It does get better. Promise lol

Its a great drug. But you gotta eat well on it (something i dont always do). It gives great clarity for me - when things were “misty”. If you see what i mean.
Stick with it. Its one of the better drugs out there in my opinion.
I agree with you, it’s a good drug. You have more energy on it than other drugs. But I hope the little issues will improve with better tolerance
Abilify has been good for me

I have heard its a good drug. I wanted to try it but my doctor wants me on xeplion
maybe because abilify is less powerful than xeplion
Try to drink more coffee.this will reduce to affinity of drug to the receptors without causing any pschicosis
Maybe because i tried a lot of other drugs but they dident work.

Its the most powerful antipsychotic so im only on a low dose of it combined with abilify
