Not nonstop but off and on all day long. When I wake up first thing and last thing before I’m asleep.

I check in here daily, several times a day. I usually participate, some days more than others.

I do that too. I like the people here and like being involved in the forum. Probably too much, but obviously I need it for now. I don’t picture myself ever quitting completely though

I check this site everyday. Sometimes I read for an hour. Then I go and do other things. Mostly I stay for a few checks each day.
