Would you say you have no symptoms?

After years of having the illness some of us I know are doing better than others. Not trying to brag, but I feel as if I no longer really have symptoms. Do any of you feel the same way ever? Just curious to know

I don’t have any positive symptoms. My cognition could be better and I have plenty of negative symptoms.

Are you saying that you don’t have any negative symptoms too?

Yeah I have no symptoms related to psychosis but my moods go a bit weird from time to time…

i have some symptoms but life goes on. i go to work and do my best as well as i can. i try to think of myself as much more than my illness.

hugs to y’all, judy

Got both positive and negative right now. Negs are worse.

I generally have no positives but some negatives. Although, paranoia can creep in a bit sometimes when on low doses.

As to negatives, I pretty much threw my worst negative, Anhedonia, overboard with an anchor. I have improved much in this department. Lack of motivation still pesters me sometimes though.

I want to be more active. I dont know if that is the meds, the sickness or me being lazy.

Currently it’s the usual.
Lots of anxiety, OCD symptoms, mild paranoia and lately only minor mood symptoms.

Overall I’ve been pretty lucky

I am completely content with my symptoms…learned how to overcome the guilt associated with intrusive thoughts and now I’m happy…

I still always feel paranoid.

i’m not symptom free… but if i take things easy and don’t go out alone i can manage on the right meds. But still get symptoms but not as bad as it used to be.

hey jukebox how did you learned that?

I have trouble with positive symptoms and related anxiety low mood

I feel better this month for some reason. The only problem I have is not feeling like showering every day but I don’t really need to shower every day. Just after walking the track on Mondays.

I’ve always been confused on what those are so I’m not too sure if I do or don’t

No I have never been symptom free. Insight though.

@instinkt I apply my “ignore the fear and divert your attention fast” rule to intrusive thoughts…same with anxiety…learned it in therapy.
