I hated a normal dose of clozapine. Now I take a very low dose for sleep.

I take 12.5 mg right now. I used to be on 400 mg.

Anything as of 200 mg is considered a normal therapeutic dose.

I’ve said it before and i will say it again. Instead of questioning your doses, drugs and God know what else. Try using that to focus on your recovery. You’re on those drugs for reason. You probably think I’m being an arsehole, but your young - and you have great potential for recovering from schizophrenia early on and living a fruitful life.

Take ownership of it.

what kind of coping skills?
my doc once only said that i have paranoid sz but didnt diagnose it

You learn them thru experience - and mindfulness. Everyone has their personal set. My triggers will be far different from yours.

You probably are medicated properly - but any medication is only meant to go alongside you learning personally how to deal with it. There is no “magic pill” that will suddenly make it all go away and make you happy.
