What did you do? I’m treatment resistant and on Clozaril (350mg), and it’s starting to not work again 
Every time my meds are increased, they stop working in a few months.
My doctor is just going to offer me an increase, but I’m not sure if it’s the right option.
Lately, my paranoia has come back and I think people want to kill me; I’m also being watched by people in the sky…it’s driving me mad.
I just don’t understand why I never get better 
I’m sorry that you are going through such a hard time @stellaglow.
Maybe your doctor can raise your Clozapine dose a little bit or introduce an add on AP to the mix.
Either way I hope you get relief soon.
you can go all the way up to 900mg of clozapine so your far from max dose, You just need to keep trying until you find the dose that is right for you.
900mg and I’ll be a vegetable.
I’m already so tired on my current mg; 900 is a scary place.
Yeah, I see her next week but I don’t know what to expect…more Clozaril? sigh
You don’t have a lot of choices.
It’s either going to be more Clozapine or an add on AP.
Have you tried CBT therapy?
This could be a third option for you.

Have you ever tried haldol. It’s an old generation drug but it works pretty well.

Haldol is my worst AP
All I did was sleep all day and I was only taking 5mg.
I just can’t.
