Yesterday I spent 1 hour on my cross trainer. I’m not going to do 5 days a week. Just 3 days a week this time because I’ll be more motivated. 5 days gets tiring.

This is great, the beginning can be difficult, but then you can do more little By little … what about early morning walks in a park there in London …

That would be nice but I leave for work at 7 kinda hard to wake up earlier than 5:30
