Cool! Let’s get out and walk!
Just went out for a walk just now. I live in a forest and went round a nature reserve. It’s a nice day, makes a change to the weather we have been having in the uk. I’m depressed at the moment and the walk made me feel a bit better. Plus any exercise that helps shift the pill podge has to be good.
My doctor just recommended walking to me the last time I saw him. I need to because of my diet.

My workout is yoga. That’s what I love doing.

Yeah, I live in a village in one of the larger frorests in the UK. Lived here for years now. It’s much better for my mental health. Great community mental health team as well. I get loads more support here.
Yoga is great. I want to start doing it again, but lack the motivation at the moment due to depression and negative symptoms. How long have you been doing yoga?
Since 2005. I’ve been doing it since I was 45 years old. I’m 59 now and healthy as a horse because of it. I highly recommend it to you. I also meditate and pray daily. I recommend that too.
I just got through walking back and forth in my room for thirty minutes. It felt good, and I burnt some calories.
I love how they say we are more likely to live a sedentary lifestyle. Are the kidding with the medication they put us on? My medication makes me feel like moving all the time. I walk around alot.
We need several meds just to get to sleep.
I’m going to make myself go for my walk around the neighborhood tomorrow. I always feel better after.
