Not smoking at all, and was drunk (including drinking alcohol) maybe 4 times total in last 15 years.

My dad was very unethical man when used to get drunk, it would amplify his psychopathic behaviour including sz. Kids would suffer a lot.

Today I spoke with neighbor, dude wad chill after finishing his hash… He was rolling eyes and radiating good vibes.

Maybe canabis? These delusions and paranoia is not going away anyway… been there for 18 years.

Most would say that wasn’t english.

The english language has seperated and formed it’s own dialects way to many times.

I smoke as much as i can.

I would have quit but i woke up and my life had ended anyway.

I used to smoke.
I started when i was 13.
I quit about 10 years ago and got so much richer  .
It really is so expensive as is alcohol.

To not drink and smoke saves so much money one can spend on other things such as good food, adopted pet etc

My boyfriend smokes.
I almost didnt chat with him when i saw he was a smoker cause i was afraid i might start again cause i still love smell etc.
Glad we chatted.
Tasted good kissing him and smelt good being around him when he smoked.
I havnt been able kiss with boyfriends ive had before really. Some said they didnt like kissing and none of them were keen or passionate about it etc n it just wasnt good then.
I would try a puff to see how taste but dont want to start again as its too expensive and i got to be able to afford my horse and her agistment and food.

I’m addicted to cigs, I would quit or cut back but I don’t want to live a long life, it scares me. God created an atrocity when he planned my life. I am hoping to avoid copd but hopefully die in my 60s to cancer or heart attack.

Just as anyone can start smoking, anyone can give them up. I was a committed smoker for many years. Man I loved them. I have been smoke free for nearly 14 years. I only really missed them for the first 3 months but it took me at least three serious attempts and I needed patches for the physical withdrawal for the first month or so. Its not so hard to give up as you think and it only gets easier and easier. It is the only win-win choice I have come across in my life.

You never know things could turn around for you in the future and you may want to be around longer. You may also live a better quality of life by stopping. But yah I know it’s a tough addiction and there is temporary relief from the sz by smoking. Hope things start looking up for you.

60 percent non smokers were doing pretty good considering we have to deal with sz.
