Winter is here at last in Cape Town. Wow we have had a big rain and wind storm on Wednesday past. And today rained again. It’s so cold there’s snow on mountains. I’m thinking of all you overseas where it’s summer. But I’m thrilled it’s winter again. I love the cold weather

I’m doing ok for now. Had some stress recently and desires to cut and some suicidal thoughts. But today I was ok. My meds are doing their job. I’m grateful if found the right meds!
Only in Africa would they be cheering for the start of winter, lol!

Winter is welcome in my town as well. I realy love winter. I cant stand the summer since I have a problem with my body to regulate its own core temperture so I sweat profusely in summer. I can really live in winter.
I prefer the colder months too. It’s just the end of Spring/beginning of Summer here and the weather has been lovely and mild. I’m dreading in a few weeks or sooner when it’s unbearably hot…

Thanks @Hedgehog. I moved to this town a year ago. Its weather is very moderate right through the year. Summer highs seldom reach 30 degrees C and winter average is about 21 degrees C.
Summer is better for me ,i am more energetic in summer
