Will sarcosine help for medication induced negative symptoms?
Only very mildly. It helps more with cognition in my case. I notice the difference when I run out.

Didn’t do anything for me. Waste of money in my opinion.
It gave me a headache so stopped it.
It got the same effect on me as high dose L-theanine, spaced out.
It didnt really help much with motivation but I do have more clarity.
It gave me a mood boost which only lasted a couple of days. Could very well have been placebo.
