Hi all. I saw a thread on here about sarcosine which had like 600 post. Some people said it was helpful other people said it was not. Ive decided im a order a 3 month supply of sarcosine and hope for the best. How.much exactly does sarcosine help for those who have taken it recently?

I think most of those that take it and see benefits describe it as a mild boost. I wouldn’t expect miracles. I take it sometimes and other times don’t. I’m honestly not sure it has enough benefit for me to pay for it. Doesn’t hurt to try it though.
My suspicion is that it does indeed provide a mild boost but is so mild that many people don’t even notice the effect.

Yeah i just bought 120g from amazon in tablet form which.is costing.me.80 bucks canadian. Pretty expensive. Ill try it.out and see how it goes. Unfortunately it wont arrived until the 21st of july so almost 2 weeks.
My.parents bought me ashwaganda b4 and i didnt notice it doing anything.

I didn’t notice anything with it and I got it for free. Brain Vitaminz messed up my order and they sent me a bottle for free. Nothing. I wouldn’t pay for it.

I would highly recommend sarcosine! I have been taking it for over a year and it has had a nearly miraculous effect on my negatives, I can smile and laugh for the first time since I was a kid, I don’t know what to do with myself! Works like a charm, no side effects.
Same for me, got a headache and felt catatonic.
Actually the opposite happened to me. Only thing that helped me is increasing dopamine but it made my positive symptoms worse.
Sarcosine perked me up a bit. Good luck, I hope it works for you.

At first I thought this was about Sucralose and was going to say it’s good, but now I have no idea.
@dmdarapt good to here it helped you. Hope it helps me. Its the first ive heard of it and.ive been googling schizophrenia since 2015. If it was such a miracle cure though i would think it would be more talked about.
I didn’t benefit much from sarcosine, but L-theanine from green tea helps me a lot. I buy “Uncle Lee’s Green Tea” at the grocery store. It cost $4.00 for a hundred bags. I make a pot of three green tea bags and drink it every day. I get a very nice feeling of well being when I do that. I think that with supplements some people respond to one and not another. It isn’t one size fits all.
Apparently sarcosine is an experimental treatment currently in clinical trials and will be available by prescription from a doctor once it is done but you can buy it on the internet right now. It has had a miraculous effect for me with no side effects, I would highly recommend trying it.
Sarcosine worked on my avolation apathy only.
@columbus thats pretty good though still as those are problems i have. If it could curebthose things that would be real nice.

It actually was a miracle for me, it has completely changed my life! No side effects whatsoever!
I believe that sarcosine will affect most schizophrenics positively.
@dmdarapt hope i get the same benefit as you did. Would be nice to feel good again. My belief is the negative symptoms are a result of antagonizing the dopamine receptors. So its a bit hard to believe that a med that agonizes a dofferent receptor would negate those problems. Like im guessing ill still have no dopamine lol.
