I can’t cope with salads nowadays. I struggle to digest the salad.

But here’s the thing…..

I’ve found going Keto/lo carb to be something so beneficial to sz. I’m doing so much better after treading water for years with the negatives and it’s diet but I’ve found after 6 months of following it I can play up quite a lot.

So. Yeah it’s hard work but going lo carb is no different to me than going vegan/begatarian. It’s just a different form of eating and lo carb works great for weight loss with some decent exercise at least for me…..Yes. Ran into some problems with some psiorasis but I’m working through that and even though I’ve had some weight gain I’m still down 20 kgs and living large doing so many crazy social things that escaped me for yaars……

Yes. It’s probably true due to rebound but so is medical weight loss with the modern jabs. You lose the gains still. Meanwhile I’ve maintained a 20 kg weight loss on lo carb/keto and still have my cheat days on diet all the time but I’m finding you can do that and still live a much more vibrant life after 20 years or treading water on the psych meds…….Yes. I’m still on psych meds I’ve had for 20 years but moved down to lowest clinical doses for over a year now of a 2 year journey into the whole keto thing……For me it’s just discipline but your mental gains contribute to maintaining for sure…..
