just got a les paul, new , and my drumer tell me not to unwrap it , and dose not wont me to play it. save it.

Cool! I have a cheap Les Paul but I have an expensive Stratocaster.

Why? Is Les Paul going out of business? Do you know? If they are, I’d say don’t unwrap it. If they are staying in business, I’d say ignore your friend.
