Why dont they read you your rights the first time you see them?
Ive been figuring out ways to raise some money for a lawyer because of my CTO and thought about this. They are, afterall, just a cop that can give you drugs. Just another side of the same coin of law enforcement.
Anyways ive been talking with a lawyer and he says he ll try what im saying. Im gonna sue for negligence, not reading me my rights, forced medication and dealing with life long side effects that were not mentioned before they put me on antipsychotics. Hopefully this works anyways, ive grown tired of the doctors. Though he said we will have some trouble suing but i may be able to be released from them.
