Why do people study others more than themself?

I am facing a huge disappointment or unusual belief

Not to offend anyone, but I have to say it loud

I have got thick skull so that my thoughts are not OTA (On-The-Air).
Today I felt so and wore a skull cap as well :frowning:

But still in my circle of known / unknown / influenced people,
They try to know what’s going on inside my head / brain.

What do you guys say ?

Should I study Others, Myself, Get thought and From every opportunity ? Request to rank the below in your order of preference !

I would say that you are experiencing positive symptoms and should let your doctor know that you are struggling.

@shutterbug I do feel its positive symptoms, and also heavy delusions and people just follow me everywhere I go and check what I am doing.

Because I see stranger coming and interacting with me.

Only, One main difference is I don’t have any fear that anyone would harm me.

Doing things as a result of your symptoms generally makes them worse. Don’t indulge the strange thoughts.

Yes I should not indulge, I am trying to indulge because I feel like the world is not in its course.

I can differentiate almost, most of the thing happening right now.

I think I should be silent and the world to take its own course.

Else I would definitely end up in a very wrong place where I have not been.

I am going silent, I don’t even feel safe to share these thoughts to my pDoc.

Because I will be definitely admitted in the hospital and with huge dose of meds.

I got to know now why unusual beliefs category should not be made because these ideas will feed on other ideas and it will cause chain reaction of ideas in my thoughts :thought_balloon:

I am not going to vote because I don’t understand the voting much but I will say I am a lot more introspective than studying others. So it depends on the person. No one is reading your thoughts luckily. I struggle with that delusion too but everyone’s just wandering around the bee hive trying to survive. Most people don’t care about anyone they see on the street, your friends want you to succeed.

This time I am not able to differentiate from real to unreal.
Because I am living the delusion more that life.
