You can unlearn how to do that if you want.
Its just a habit. You probably like the feeling of saying the words.

I have exactly the same thing. At least 70 times a day i say the same phrase (gibberish). It gives me satisfaction too, but I have to be careful not to say it in public.

Yes i do. For example i say several times a day “the penis massacre repeated live” - i don’t know what it means. :laughing:

I had a “normie” girlfriend once who always said “Greatest hits of america.” without any context.

My dad always said “Yes we have no bananas”

I don’t think it’s autistic, it’s just odd

I spoke with a normie friend, he has it too. We call it “pop ups.”

You have the stream of consciousness, and suddenly something like “jiu jitsu” pop up

You should consider learning jiu-jitsu so you could provide some legitimate context for your random sayings. I mean, it could be worse, like repeating “Ricky Martin” whenever you greet a neighbour.
