I have to think more positive, i keeping think of worst case scenario of things, i got to stop this thinking pattern its a bad habit. Not good for my health.

yea i also fear the worst case scenario things also but i try to not obsess over it anymore… it doesn’t really help you but like @PinCushion says being prepared is good too. I think you gotta think about if it helps you or not… if it doesn’t then try to not obsess too much over it…
It’s good it never happens. We can pay for years of car insurance and never get into an accident but you wouldn’t want to be without it.
its not uncommon. We overthink things a lot. Seeing the negative side of things is almost a protective mechanism for risk decisions. I tend to do it too much as well. I talk myself out of too many things.
yea your right, but its but thinking that way because it brings negative energy in the universe if you believe it too much youll go crazy, being more positive and be realistic of things and rational is better way of thinking.
I think the key word here is fear because fear can be a catalyst to disaster. I don’t always handle fear well either. Just do deep breathing and use your coping mechanisms. Best of luck to you, @oe1489
thanks chordy yea ill use coping mechanisms, i have grounding techniques my counselor game me, it helps.
