Why can't I sleep

I had to take sleeping meds maybe it’s the coffee I drank at around 5. But it’s 2.30am

I take promethazine … I think that’s a anti histamine too.

I feel you, I can’t sleep without sleep aids too. But I take 10mg of Ambien and it still doesn’t knock me out

I can’t sleep unless i take temazepam…my mind just churns and churns and i can’t stop thinking.

Looks like its common for us people on here to have to take something to sleep. I take Melatonin every night to sleep.

I find that if I take a lower medicine dosage I can’t sleep well
