I think it’s not because of the coffee that I drink much.
I think it’s due my medications mainly.
I’m thinking about to take my passiflora pill,
what do you people think I should do to sleep?

Close to that also! Back when I smoked weed, when I didn’t smoke I had terrible terrible insomnia…I think I overslept last night so that’s why I can’t sleep tonight.
You can try Melatonin or Phenibut. It will help your insomnia.

Insomnia is a curse. I have had it since 1969. The longest I went without sleep was a year. I thought at the time that I could do without it. I was on a bicycle epiphany-riding around the NJ countryside in the middle of the night. I have a 22 hour day now. I sleep between 8-9 pm to 11:30 pm. Today, I am going to get a little more Latuda to take at night in hopes that it will allow me a little more sleep. “Sleep is for comfort. Rest is for health.” It probably isn’t the medication that is causing you to have insomnia. If anything, it would put you to sleep. Try reducing your intake of coffee and see what that does.

I was taking Zyprexa earlier and it was giving a lot of sleepiness,
now my pdoc changed my meds and I having the opposite of it.

Do you have heard about Promethazine?
@Andy Do you have Benadryl or diphenhydramine?
It is over the counter and can be taken with meds. That’s what my doc said to take. I probably should take some myself as I haven’t slept in 3 days.
I wouldn’t take the Promethazine without discussing with your doc first. It has a side effect of possible TD which ap’s already have.
No i haven’t tried it. Here is the information i found on Wikipedia. Beware when you try this meds. It has many side effects.
Now I using Thorazine only, since Geodon was giving me arrhythmia I stopped as like @mortimermouse said Geodon can’t be taken with Thorazine.

look up “sleep hygiene” and really research it.
It’s withdrawals from Geodon.
Take the Thorazine tonight and odds are you will sleep.
I am sure your doc told you to stop Geodon and take Thorazine. Everything else makes no sense.

I slept between 07:40 to 11:20 today, I’m hearing less voices, and without strange pictures inside my mind.
It wasn’t something I had to undergo. it was something I enjoyed and did willingly. A lot of schizophrenia today is experimentation. I mean for the patient himself. I seem to remember I had had a major scare about 9/11. I spent the time riding my bicycle at night around the NJ countryside.
