Who takes sleeping medicine?

When I can’t sleep I take klonipin and Ambien. Does anybody else take medicine to help you sleep.

I took zopiclone for years. Needed more and more. Weaned myself off but it was terrible. My clozapine helps me fall asleep but unfortunately not stay asleep. I also took melatonin for awhile. It helped a bit.

I take lunesta to. It knocks me out well enough.

50mg of quetiapine at night. It helps me.

I take 25 mg of clozapine to help me fall asleep. It helps but I sleep very long though.

the clozapine i take at night helps me get tired and sleep. I take 150mg in the evening and 25mg after i get up and 25mg after lunch

yea, my friend also takes clozapine and he says it knocks him right out after he takes it.

Sounds really powerful for sedation!

Yes itake 150mg of doxepin and 50mg benadryl and 1g of glycine. I sleep pretty good.

I take 100 mg of Seroquel and 100 mg of Trazodone every night for sleep and they do nothing. I’m still awake all night.

Now, I take 12.5 mg of Delta 8 THC at 6 pm and it knocks me out like a light by 9 pm. It’s a miracle drug for me. I’m up by 530 am.

My Clozapine and Klonopin make me tired. :sleeping::sleeping::sleeping:

I take a small amount of coffee and a sedative supplement b4 I go to sleep.

Really lets U breathe and calms U down.

I take zoplicone/imovane.

Some nights I don’t need it but often I do.

If I wake up in the middle of the night I usually don’t take one since my dog wakes me up at 4am.

Insomnia sucks.

I had it as a child too which was much worse because no one cared and I had no sleeping tablets and felt awful.
