Why are we alone in space

Consider the big. How one Thing evolves to another. And the answer.
Is easy. We are the seeds of the technology to spread across the universe. To inhabit every planet possible. With technology and life form. We were grown on earth. And particles of technology. And we will continue to thrive. Tell every last planet. Is no longer lonely.

Have you seen Mercury. Inhospitable. Don’t even want to consider Uranus.

Like Panspermia I guess.

How can other planets be lonely when nobody lives there ?

We aren’t. It just takes so long to get from us to the next inhabited planet that no living thing could survive the journey.

Like, it’s a mathematical certainty, but you try crossing a million light years before dying of old age or running out of fuel.

What about travel using magnetism ? That way you are at the destination before igniting the start button.:joy:

That would probably kill you though lol

You will be in a magnetic field and won’t experience the speed.

Ask my alienfriend, she comes sometimes for a visit and lands on my roof. We have hot nights together, oh boy, she really wants it.:joy:

What if I eat a lot of beans before leaving? Natural gas powered travel.

LoL I was actually surprised nobody brought up cryostasis. That’s a popular one in sci fi, a workaround to long flight times.

I like your idea too though

That’s because it hurts if I sleep too long on one spot. Two thousand years?

NO THANK YOU.

Imagine how many nightmares you can have in that time though!
