Have you had traumatic events from before?
I am a child abuse survivor, so a lot of my fear come from it. I am in fear 24/7 and I cannot do things easily. When I am with others, I am scared of them and the voices always talk about my fear. Sometimes I write in my journal to keep myself away from fear, or meditate with calming music. I write lots of poetry, which helps me to express my emotions.
I hope you are alright. I know that it’s so awful to be scared and fearful all the time. My heart cries out for you. Please know that you are loved and you are appreciated!
hey wave, sorry your feeling bad atm, my meds control my paranoia, have you changed meds recently? you seem to be having some symptoms, i think you should say to your dr about it.
Its an imposed fear to me. I know the fears i have are fake news. Impostering emotions so to speak. Once you break through that youll feel some relief.
Are you able to get a different one? I think you could really benefit from a good therapist. I know when I was constantly paralyzed by far by therapist was an amazing support and resource.
