Hi guys,it’s been so long since I posted and I am still taking medicine and of course diagnosis is same.For the past six month I have built a habit of waking up early,like 7am when I first started and recently waking up at 7:40am.The first thing I do is workout,but I have been feeling depress waking up early,like I get frustrated during work and mood and performance hasn’t been good?Is waking up early good and maybe life changing or it is actually overrated for you guys??

It’s best to wake up early but really it’s up to you and your lifestyle. I always go to bed at 9 or 10 and wake up and get up at 6. That works best for me but I know about a rapper on Instagram who stays up late and it works for him.

This could be negative symptoms or just depression.
I wake up around 7am. I don’t feel depressed but don’t feel good either.
Waking up early is unnecessarily glorified I think. I have normies around me who stay up late. Wake up past 9am. They are high performers.
I wouldn’t want to wake up late. Current wake up time helps me get things done. Not necessarily life changing though.
