I am not a morning person and it’s been like that for many years,but I am trying to wake up early in the morning to do my workout and then leave for work.Nowadays I wake up at 9:30am,my plan is to wake up at 7:30am.
What time do you wake up,and those who wake up early what’s your tips and suggestion?
So 6:40am 5 days a week?I read that sometimes it’s better to wake up the same time everyday,how do you feel when you sleep on late until 11am during weekend?
I’ve been waking up around 1 pm lately. Go to sleep around 12 at night haha. I don’t know why I’ve been sleeping so long. I’m setting a goal to start getting up around 9am. Especially since I might be starting a new job soon.
evenings are difficult for me so i go to sleep evening time and get up sometimes as early as 2 a.m. to start my day. these hours make me feel a little free and unhampered.
I can sleep for Britain. I usually go to bed around 8pm and set my alarm for 7am so that I can take my daughter to nursery. On my days off I sleep until 9am or 10am.
