How to wake up early

I think waking up early is very good and beneficial?
I don’t know but I always wanted to wake up early,it’s probably the hardest thing that I could never achieve in my lifetime.I have insomnia even with medicine,so does anyone wake up early?How do you do that,and are you more positive?

ive been waking up when the sun comes up for a couple months now. i have a hard time sleeping through the day now. in the past i would stay up til 3 or 4 in the morning and sleep past noon. but those days are gone. actually i dont like mornings, all i do is get on the forum in the morning and have a cup of coffee. but the forum is much slower in the mornings. anyways i dont typically start my days activities until 11am or noon and then the day is more enjoyable.

i guess why i’ve been waking up early is because ive started to go to bed earlier. sleeping is my reward after a long day. i lay down for bed when it gets dark outside.

I guess your someone with a lot of goals,hope?
I find waking up early so difficult…do you think waking up late(not my fault because I suffer from insomnia) is the cause of my negative thinking?

o i wouldn’t say that it’s negative thinking, although sometimes maybe your mind could race not allowing you to relax and fall asleep. its probably just your bodies natural rhythms or something.

also im starting to get older and don’t need as much sleep as i used to. i used to be so tired in the morning, but now im well rested when i wake up.

i do have hopes and goals, like i would like to go back to work and buy my own house.

Avoid inflammatory foods before bed. The brain inflammation worsens symptoms and gives insomnia.
