I like to do functional strength training. Pull-ups push-ups presses squats and stuff.
I like to do supersets with those exercises.
I put on muscle quite a bit in the last 4 weeks. Or atleast brought back existing muscles.
i want to look symmetrical again, i want to lose my gut omg, i have a gut. lol my mom makes fun of me of that.
Do some power walking everyday and avoid junk foods for most of the week
i eat junkfood once a week, i have too, to keep sane.
I just eat to survive lol I have never really been much of a food lover.
Like for breakfast ill eat the same thing everyday
Oatmeal with honey and berries
6 tablespoons of greek yogurt
Glass of milk
Glass of water
I never get tired of it lol
