is it possible it achieve this body with aps.

im trying seems impossible. im diet and exercising, result are minimal on aps. my dreams of looking great are look dim. does anyone have anytips for me. any excercise routine to build muscle burn fat. i want to look good while on aps if that is possible.

i give up on that. everyones say its not good idea. My goal is now is to look good by december im going to work my butt off, diet and exercise supplementation hopefully it works while on aps. darn aps. im on rexulti and ziprasidone. i use to have a nice body before i was on aps. lets see if i can do it again.
I’m not sure. Before my medication, I had the perfect body for bodybuilding, and in many respects I still do. But now I’m focusing on powerlifting and just weightlifting in general. Its definitely possible to get strong on antipsychotics. I’ve gotten a lot stronger in my journey to the 1,000 pound club while on antipsychotics.
That looks more like steroids. Actual achievable bodies without steroids that look like that are rare. I frequent a progress and fit or steroids place alot, so ive become decent at noticing steroid usage.
If the pic is achievable, it would take about 3 years and youd have to be working out since your teenage years.
The goal of bodybuilders is to look muscular and sell their products. So they would naturally take steroids to beat out their competition.
There are no well known body builders who are schizophrenics let alone taking anti-psychotic medication. I cannot name a single person as such.
well im just going hard at it. main thing is to lose the fat on my body so i look more muscular, Hard part i the diet. On aps, i always have hunger problem. Probably eat alot of vegetables to fix that. Exercise weight training with boxing. Protein bars and shakes, creatine. Fat burners. Vitamins. I just got to stick the plan, it should work right. If just stick to it.

IDK man, set yourself some realistic goals. There’s no way you’ll look like that guy by December. It’s a huge comittment to get in top shape. Takes sacrifice too. In my thirties I used to take weight training in community college. Actually, the class was for disabled people but looking back, most of the other people had a physical disability. I took that class several times and actually got a compliment from the other guys in the group home I was in about what good shape I was in.
couple months, but i never stick with my diet now im am. always failed on the diet. Only lost 14 pounds. Thats it. im 260 want to be 200 by december. Lean and mean. Just want to look good again, being fat is really shaking my self esteem and my health now i have diabetes, high blood pressure. I want to be a healthy weight.
have you tried intermitent fasting for apetite?
I tried that made i got hungry, i just going to eat lots of vegetables to fill in gaps. Like lots of vegetables. Going food shopping tomorrow for frozen vegetables. Go eat vegetables and protein only and lots of fluids.
You know that the guy in the picture with the big muscles has a body fat percentage of 10% whereas we, the general population have a fat percentage of 20% or more. I’m being realistic but we, as schizophrenics have to take losing weight a week or a month at a time. Those guys in those pictures have been exercising and eating right for more than 3 years. All we can do as obese schizphrenics is take it a day at a time. There is no shortcut to be being physically healthy and physically fit.

It’s all in the mind if one is committed to losing weight and staying healthy. A week is not asking too much to stay discipline in exercising.
the bodybuilding physique is only maintainable by constant diet and intense lifting. That photo is constant diet, intense lifting, plus probably anabolics.
You should aim for Fitness not eye googling abs and stuff. Just get into functional fitness, sports and outdoorsy stuff, you will find it more rewarding in the end.
true, we can still dream right. I believe hard work and dedication even on aps, you can achieve a nice body. maybe not the one on the picture at least a decent physique.
