Who on here takes caplyta?

Is it more effective than they originally though? Johnson and johnson just bought it

I was on it. It was the worst med for me yet. Did nothing for me honestly. It’s classed as one of the weakest APs. I think it’s the weakest honestly

According to ChatGPT, Caplyta regulates dopamine by being a partial agonist in a different, more indirect way, only it also affects glutamate. But it is still similar to Vraylar, Rexulti, etc. I believe it is only sold in the US, it is not sold in any other country.

I was on it and fell back into full psychosis while taking it switched from zyprexa to haldol and now clozaril which seems to be helping

Did it ever pass phase 3 trials? I’m confused about that :thinking:

It was like only being half medicated when I was on 42 mg of Caplyta. It wasn’t strong enough for me.
