Well I’ve had 4 inpatient stays, three different pdocs, a p*** poor psych nurse, numerous med changes, lost a job and blown interviews, and my interpersonal relationships are rather stormy. Verdict! That’s too much freaking work for only $900 a month. But nevertheless this is a legitimate question.

I agree with 77nick77. in fact, I’m quite sure that if you’re faking sz, then you’re not allowed on the forum…

I can make a lot more money working than I can on Social Security. There is no incentive to fake it.

There are no jobs where i live so i’d be on ss even if didn’t have sz? McDonalds is about to install automated cashiers

People are not just faking sz for SSDI, but also then coming to the forum to really really trick someone? If they’re faking and get SSDI, why take the extra step and join a support forum for their faked disorder?

Well, I am actually not sure of this but some (or all?) of the posts on this forum can be read by the public if someone googles this site or searches using certain words. I’ve seen posts on either here or the old forums which could be read by anyone. I don’t know the details maybe someone else does.

I think pdoc are pretty good at spotting malingerers. And tbh there are easier things to fake than sz. It’s pretty complicated and any inconsistentcies could be spotted.

Anyone can read the forum, without needing to join or anything. And yes, the posts are indexed and searchable on google.

I agree. I was three months away from getting a degree in a profession with good money. Faking for welfare is a pretty big step down.

It would be hard to fake to the point Doctors sign off on it. The money you get here would not be worth faking it for.

@MadMaks even if you fake sz, that doesn’t always mean you get money. in my state you have to have sz to a point where it hinders your ability to work. there are many people with sz who work.

so you would have to fake sz AND fake an inability to work. maybe those two acts are easy for a normie, but I’m bad at acting.
