Happily Married 17 years 2 boys, sz 16 years
I have a 22 year old son from first marriage. Divorced when he was four months old. I’ve been remarried now three years.
How long have you been sz?
I think @flameoftherhine was married but divorced. he has at least one child.
I think @neveragain also has a daughter.
@patrick has daughters too, I think.
a lot of people have children here. at first, I found it quite intriguing. but then there’s the chance that they could’ve had children before diagnosis.
how’s that 0.5 kid doing?
I’ve been married forever, 2.5 blonde haired blue eyed kids and the white picket fence. The american dream
I had one boy at the onset of sz the other boy 4 years later.
Since my early teens. Kept secrets and remained undiagnosed (had other diagnosis) until a year and a half ago. I finally told everything and was diagnosed with sz.
I’m married and I was diagnosed in 1972, married in 1992. Three step-children.
I have been married for four and a half years but no kids. Had sz for 13 years but it went in remission for about six years. When I got married it was in the same year my sz returned but I didn’t know I still had it until I landed in hospital and they rediagnosed me. Hubby ok with it though. He’s very understanding.
Married 15 years. Sz 6 years. 2 boys.
i am divorced now 20 years. one beautiful daughter, one granddaughter and a son-in-law.
it’s lonely being “alone”. but i am going to see my kids (in a different state) soon.

I will not going to marry in this life cuz of SZ …some time i feel good on being alone…
Been married almost 1 year (anniversary is on Jan. 11), no kids, had sz for about 16 years, spent well over a decade denying my symptoms and hiding everything, then had a massive break about 3 years ago and started on meds. My quality of life is decent-ish, though I sleep a lot and have trouble with self care.
I’ve been with my wife 9 years in February, and we have 4 children ( the oldest is my step-daughter but I’ve been dad since she was 3), a daughter who will be 8 in a couple days, and a 6 year old son. Our youngest daughter is only 7 months old, and I’ve been diagnosed about 2 years now.
i don’t see me getting married any time soon since we can’t get married without me losing my ssi or medicaid. and kids is going to be impossible. i can’t have kids due to the meds i’m afraid to come off meds for a pregnancy and my partner has polycystic ovarian syndrome and its nearly impossible to get pregnant because of it.
I was married in 2001. We adopted a 4 year girl in 2014.
I’m divorced. Have 2 kids from two men. One is 20 in March. The other just turned 7.
