Really helps take the weight off female. Metabolism increase is so nice, as long as you sleep, do not have to eat like a picky bird.
I lifted weights fairly seriously a long time ago. In some ways it was therapeutic. I also like that runnerās high from long distance running. I jumped rope a lot too. Jumping rope can help enormously with balance and rhythm. When I first started it was hard on my lower legs, but I kept at it, and that went away. It was worth it.
I am back to doing squats, sit ups, push ups, and dips. Pull ups and weights are next. Starting to feel better already.
I can do this.

I lifted wieghts a couple days ago and I was more relaxed afterwords. It takes alot out of me and I need alot of days to recover.
push ups* whoops
@mortimermouse
My legs back in 2010 after a spring and summer spent hiking hills for hours every day and pushing weights every third day (was able to do 30 squats with 200 lbs across shoulders). My goal is to have this back by December of this year.

Used to do military physical training, 72 pushups in 2 minsā¦82 situps in 2 minsā¦1314 2 mile runā¦that was me 20 at Kandaharā¦before coming back to the statesā¦I swear I probably wonāt embrace another pushup for another decadeā¦we as privates at ft bragg sometimes did 200 + a day. Beer beer beer said the privates, drop and knock em out said the Sargent, we want a three day pass said the corporal, we do all the work said the liuesā¦but none so fair that they could compare to the airborne infantry.
I been lifting weights for a long time and the more I continue doing so the more I learn about the important body chemistry. Iām not the guy trying to get as big as he can anymore. I just want a high functioning pH balance diet. I donāt need a gym I can do everything from home except run on cold days. That is why I still have a gym membership. I use resistance bands I have a pull-up bar, push-ups, skip rope for cardio, I do mil press, biking, home bench press . Itās there when I need it first and foremost is diet down pat for what your training for. Sero quel has made it damn near impossible to cut my waist. I just give up but then try again . My arms look ripped shoulders etc but my waist needs reduction good luck with that
Run like I did, or walk evenā¦8 miles on Mondayā¦4 miles every week day, and intensive weight training on down time and the weekends.
Youāre a haus.
Sorry, but thereās no point in sending me video replies. I donāt watch them.

today I worked for 12 hours. then I went home to LIFT pizza slices out of a large pizza box. ohhhhh the joy
yea I know someone who does the bicep curl repetitively lifting the beer to his mouth and back down again.
Lazy clicker huh?
THatās a me, the man who used to do a lot moreā¦our nation abandoned us though fluxā¦the children of the war on terror are mostly dead from suicides. Serving Corporate America is a disgrace as our military swear the oath of enlistment to uphold and defend the constitutional principles to Godā¦theyāre entrapped into the stars of satan and indifference and then are discarded to hang themselves in garages and basementsā¦
Damn skippy I curl beer cans.
I have a condition called Synthesia, meaning that I can āseeā sound:
I find the visual overlay I get from the audio makes it difficult for me to absorb the content of the video. Unless itās something very compelling, watching video is often an exercise in frustration to me. Also, I read so quickly that I find video to be an inefficient method of assimilating information. I dislike having to slow down my inputs.
Nothing personal about it. You asked, so thereās my answer. Now, Iām off to make supper. L8R d00d.

I found the attachments for my weights. I just increased it by 5 pounds for each barbell. Some of you are definitely power lifters. I donāt think I will be lifting more than this any time soon, especially with the shoulder press.
Thatās absurd dude. Like tubular man. Eventually I realized I was āseeingā my hallucinations. Even though they are āauditoryā. The mind can looks in any direction regardless of where the eyes are facing.
Probably not the same thing.
Cool to hear though. Never heard of the condition.
