i take a walk for the exercise, usually around 4 miles so an hour and a half. then i eat my dinner. i like to listen to podcasts on my exercise walk.
I hate walking but my docs have been all over me to do it. So my husband got me playing Pokémon Go. It’s been helping keep me motivated to walk.

I used have overwhelming urges to pace, so walking really helped. I love walking regardless though.

Pacing is akathesia…it was reported before the meds but mostly they were older meds. It’s not bad walking but seriously…we all should be walking at least a half an hour a day! And that means walking at a good clip…go as fast as you can go!
Plenty of good apps on the phones…I use basic walkmeter…cost me like $5 and it has gps locked to phone and maps and shite…really is worthwile spending money on!
