I am sorry, that i am like this, but my previous pdoc was a psychotherapist too and she kept saying to move… I dont believe in them anymore, i had my deceptions… The psychologists are not good in my country, idk…

Keep trying new psychologists until you find a helpful one.

I feel bad for you, @Anna1. My wife is sza and she has lots of somatic symptoms such as sinus and migraine headaches, back, shoulder, neck, and hand pain, tinnitus, eye pain, night blindness, general malaise, throat pain, respiratory allergies, and general tiredness.

She always feels bad physically in one way or another. You’re not alone.

Oh, thank you @SkinnyMe  . Yeap, i was feeling a bit alone on this…But now i really try to change the things here, so i got this nausea. I have very strong paranoia still tbh, so lots of stress yeap…
@anon67051439, for now i stuck with my friend who helps a lot, lets see… Tbh, i was so sick for 20 years and so alone that maybe its natural to be in pain now… Tomorrow i am seeing my pdoc, ill talk to him about the conversion disorder but from what i know, meds dont help there…

…I smell some really bad odours when I think certain thoughts or hear certain voices in a certain way…

I finally saw my pdoc  .
Well, theres no med against the conversion disorder yeap… He talked about psychotherapy now for this… But well, i am poorly motivated still… He found me better though, but he knows its a life long illness… But i remain worried that i am often still very passive, with no energy or desire to do things  … Maybe it’ll come, but itll be through pain a lot now i guess and its not sure i’ll become more active, idk… I guess my body really atrophied from the bedrideness too the last 20 years, plus the loneliness is not quite motivating.
Anyway, yeah, the conversion happens to some szs he said…
@bozayo, well i guess we should be patient on this and give ourselves more courage. If you can occupy with something, when this happens to you, maybe its the best way to forget about it  .
