Also, though, I just want to say, I know this isn’t important, but screw those brain zaps! I refuse all SSRIs because of themq and even some SNRIs. That stuff is so real and so irritating, but NTs look at me like I’m losing it when I even mention brain zaps as a thing that happen!
Now I experience the same kind of thing in my arms when I lay down on a random occasion in the same fashion as the brain zaps after I’d started an AD back in Florida.
Ah, just wanted to get that off my mind since I saw that bit about the brain zaps.

I’m sorry you’re having issues with an upstairs neighbor, Nick! Like others suggested, check into ways to relieve the noise on your end if civilly talking to your neighbor about it doesn’t help. Also talk with your Pdoc about the agitation/irritability if other measures don’t help and see if they think you need any med adjustment based on a pattern I see mentioned here.

I agree with Wave, I think 77nick77 is experiencing symptoms right now.
You take things too seriously, he probable doesn’t care about you so he’s not making noises on purpose. If you always have bad neighbors, the problem might be you honestly. Maybe not having neighbors is best for you, rent a house that doesn’t have neighbors.
Oh I see you can’t afford one. I guess change houses until you find better neighbors.
All my neighbors haven’t been bad, I’ve had good neighbors and bad neighbors. Yes, I take seriously someone forcing changes in my life. You’re right though, he doesn’t care.

Then find good neighbors. I know its not easy, but its your only option. Did you try calmly tell them to make less noise?
