All my voices are distinct and have an origin in my mind space. I can locate them with my mind, and talk to only that one voice. When I hear the voice talking I can move towards it and lock on to it like tuning a radio, when the voice becomes loud and clear it is the only one i hear. Once that one voice is locked I get the urge to push it up but do not normally as they need to become something else first inside of me. I never have the same voice come through here they change all the time. when a voice that comes into my mind that is badly done I just push it upward onto my crown.

Voices have never been stressful for me. They almost always say my name or try to get my attention. And one voice soothed me beyond belief but his words were “It’s ok you can die now”. I just take in the experience as it happens (when I hear a new voice).
