Whoa, I thought I was overmedicated on 35mg Zyprexa. On second thought I still had symptoms almost daily on that dose. But don’t you gain a tremendous amount of weight? And maybe feel dysphoric/depressed? Zyprexa gave me dysphoria and much weight gain. 60 milligram is a hefty dose of Zyprexa, do you sleep a lot?

I wonder what dose I was on Zyprexa. I was on it for six months. But that was back in 2010 so I don’t remember.

I get the high-strength Aristada shot, which is supposed to be equivalent to 20 mg/day of oral Abilify. That is, when it is given every 4 weeks. I was just upped to every 3 weeks, since we can’t go higher in strength. I think I did better on oral Abilify, but I don’t have insurance to pay for it, and Aristada has free samples and a patient assistance program.

Right now Invega 1.5mg and Abilify 5mg but hopefully on the 29th I’ll go up to 10 or 15mg of Abilify.

Do you take an antidepressant? Just curious, since such a low dose of Abilify is typically used to augment antidepressant effects, not normally effective against psychosis. Maybe it works differently in conjunction with Invega, though, I don’t know.
