I’m taking these:

Risperidone - 6 mg (antipsychotic)
Haloperidol - 5 mg (antipsychotic)
Fluoxetine - 20 mg (depression)
Clonazepam - 2.5 mg (anxiety)
Promethazine - 25 mg (sometimes, to sleep)

I’m taking Abilify 7.5 mg daily

I take 50 mg of Loxitane (for schizophrenia) and 50 mg of Elavil (for depression).

@bananatto , the therapeutic dose for abilify as an anti psychotic is 10mg.

Quetiapine at mornings at night…been on zyprexa and amulsupride before. Thinking of trying Abilify as I don’t really see the Seroquel working?

Geodon - 160 mg
Seroquel - 800 mg
Wellbutrin - 200 mg
Plus some nutritional supplements. I’m also doing the Sarcosine thing - 2 grams a day.

haven’t been officially given a diagnosis of schizophrenia or a schizophrenia spectrum disorder, (not that it matters. I care more about getting better than I do about a label) but I am on 2mg of Trilafon for psychosis & 10mg of Lexapro for anxiety & depression.

Well, I think it depends on the patient.
Some needs 12 mg, some are OK with only 3 mg to stabilize.
I’ve heard that 12 mg is an average dose.
I myself had a period when I was taking only 3 mg a day.

I started taking 12 mg at first, with side effects of sleepiness, so decreased to 6 mg, then 3 mg, then back to 6 mg then currenty 7.5 mg. I’ve been out of hospital for the past 4 years since I started taking Abilify, and no signs of relapses now either, so I’m sure it’s doing the job.
