I had just arrived at the JFK airport in New York in August 1989 (the Cold War was ending) and I was on my way to study in one business school in Michigan. I was just 21 years old and I had my dreams. This started my American adventure that lasted until May 2002 when I moved back to Europe. During my adventure in 13 years many things happened and I traveled a lot, visited nations in Central America, the Caribbean and South America, visited also 35 different US states. I got married and many years after I had the divorce which lead to another way of living when I lived in my auto over two years mostly in Miami, but also traveled in other states driving twice from Miami to LA and back to Miami. There are so many stories I could tell, but in an overall the adventure was successful and positive.

29 Years ago I was living here. I was not marry yet but she and her daughter was living with me. It was the start of 10 years of hell. She wanted me to move out. But it was my home before I met her. The marriage did not last and I’m still living here.
Was she after your house from the start Ridgerunner? 
@Andrey Yes I believe she was. She said she accepted me for whom I was. I think she accepted me for what I had.
I think it is good to travel when you are young, there are many interesting places in this world.
29 years ago i was living in Banff living a wild life and working as the head day chef at Earl’s.
I was doing field exercises in the U.S.A.F. Nurse Corp. outside L.A., California, and having the time of my life.
I was on a US Navy destroyer in the Persian Gulf.
