30 years ago I went to America

At first I went to study in Michigan, I was 21 years old and then I moved to Atlanta, I was 13 years in America, quite a long time. I started having voices in 1998 and then I lived in my auto over two years in Miami and elsewhere and after that I moved back to eastern Finland where I was born. Sometimes I wonder how a life could have been if I had not gone to America in 1989. I was married in America nearly eight years and the whole relationship lasted nearly 10 years. Things just went in that way.

were you at harvard or similar university? sounds like an experience.

It was a smaller university in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan, I was there nine months. I did visit Harvard in 1991, they had a good library of different case studies. Yep, it was an experience to live in America, I traveled a lot in both America and other nations. I was young, I was just 32 years old when I went to live in my auto in Miami. That was after I had gone through a divorce. America has many good things, but also some bad. My American life was quite an experience, in Atlanta I was involved in its international community and often I was invited to visit some consulate events such as Israel’s anniversary event.

What was The best with america? And also, did you go to Hollywood?

what made you want to visit the US over the UK or ireland

Yep, I was in Hollywood and other parts of LA over one month in 2001. Many things were good in America, but personally I liked all traveling I did during my stay in America. I always wanted to see the world since my childhood.

I lived in America, but I have visited the U.K. three times, I have never been in Ireland. I think it was good that I traveled when I was young, because somehow now I have no desire or energies to travel.
