When you're psychotic do you have intrusive thoughts you can't stop thinking about?

And these are impossible to think about even though you doubt them but they are to intrusive? If that makes sense. I’m having some issues at the moment with intrusive thoughts! I’m going on vacation with care staff in 12 days and I don’t need this.

Ya, it’s called rumination or something. I thought I had asperger’s but it could be a thought disorder thing. I even thought I had pure OCD or obessive compulsive disorder (my dad has it bad) but mine is more mental.

Yes I get very stuck in this psychotic thought trap too. It’s awful. I’m sorry.

I think a lot about the past and the people in it when I get sick. A bunch of embarrassing and exposing thoughts come up and it’s intense. Idk if that’s intrusive but they’re nonstop and intense and it doesn’t help that I feel in the moment they know about it.
